I have used MESA 4x now. 3 plumbing issues were assessed, fixed and cleaned up in a prompt matter. In both cases the... employees were friendly and I was very satisfied. I also called MESA to look at an overhead heater issue in my garage after I was quoted $$$$ for replacement by another company. MESA came and assessed the issue, ordered the part, picked it up and in 2 days I had heat. All for a cost of under $400! They will be my first call the next time an issue arises!read more

My experience sucked.I called them and left a message saying I needed a plumber. They called me back within 10... minutes and we discussed the problem. They said they would be there 9 AM the next day. I texted them a picture of the issue and said see you tomorrow at 9 AM and they responded yes. 11 AM the next day I texted them and asked them where they were-no response. 10AM the following day I left them a voicemail and asked if something came up or what. I asked them to please let me know if they weren't able to do the repairs so I could make other arrangements. No response.read more
